Hello and welcome to Static Reanimations dot com. My name is Carlo Abella and for the past 6 year I have been a freelance web developer on and off (got connected with different multimedia companies before). I am currently connected with Mushroom Multimedia here in Singapore as Head Interactive Media Designer. I am from Cebu, Philippines and married to a amazing and wonderful woman whom I met way back in High School. Her name is Flordevina and she is the love of my life. We have no kids yet but planning in the near future.
My interest on computers started when I was 9 years old when my older brother got his first Hewlett-Packard 150. Back then I started learning programming like qBasic and later on moved to Pascal. During my college years I was hooked on mIRC scripting and created a few add-ons for mIRC. (I know, it has 32 downloads only… bah!). And eventually led me to javascripting and html.
Now, my work involves designing websites, corporate logo branding, video effects (vfx), graphics design, flash media, and audio works. Those 6 years have taught me many things and I intended to learn more stuff in the coming years (preferably 3D animation).
